Mid-day check in... 4-26


Whenever you start making changes to your diet, it takes your body a moment to respond. When you make bad food choices, your body adjusts to having elevated blood sugar. When you start bringing your blood sugar down to normal levels, your body feels it and responds in bad ways until it gets use to it. 

It's not a good feeling... but one that's needed.

I'm sticking to my dietary and exercise goals... but this is where the battle of will kicks in.
